A new OA Journals Toolkit has been launched by OASPA and DOAJ.

The Toolkit is aimed at providing current advice, based on best practices and standards, for anyone thinking of starting a new journal or for anyone who is already maintaining a journal.

The Toolkit answers a need for an online resource to support new and established open access journals in navigating the rapidly changing landscape of open access publishing.
